Probably executed or incapacitated on sight because it looks like at the end what happened is that, at some point during the takeover, whoever was doing navigation ended up not being present (dead, imprisoned, participating in the orgy shit, etc.) So the ship ended up just sailing in one direction constantly, that either caused them to cross into some other country’s territory (don’t know what else to call it) and is dealing with the other country’s navy. Or they entered a military only area and is dealing with Japan’s navy.

Either way they are probably about to get shot at/boarded by military forces.
